How to request a refund

Email sweetobsession@support.com within 7 days of purchase from the email address used for the order and include your order number or the name on the order. No explanation is required.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear. Access to the product may be removed once a refund is issued.

Digital products

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refund requests made after the 7-day period are not eligible.
